Prepare for the winter

Prepare your body for winter:

There are many ways to prepare your body for winter. Some of these are given below.

1. Take care of your skin:

       Taking care of your skin in winter is very much important. As winter starts the cool breez damages the skin. The skin becomes dry and patchy. This is the time when skin needs so much care. Keep moisturizing your skin. You will still go out in sun but it is still important to use sun blocks. Avoid too much exposure to hot water in shower.

2.Prepare your immunity:

       As cold, flue, seasonal allergy are very commen during start of winter you should boost your immunity. Vitamin D and vitamin C are good for immunity. Include vegitables and fruits in food it will also help boost your immunity.

3. Wear warm clothes:

      The importance of wearing warm clothes is obvious. Coats, jackets, hats, scarves and gloves or mittens, earmuffs, warm underwear like long underwear, union suits and socks.

4.Workout to stay healthy and warm:

       Proper workout will keep your muscles in healthy and warm conditions. Workout keep you warm. It will keep you in good mental and health conditions.
